I sit here, in my humble little abode, at 6pm, and enjoying 23deg on our balcony, at Kavadaddes.
An "unusual" afternoon for me, at Sidari which started at "Sea Monkeys" , Canal D'Amour end.
They were waiting for the local "Bee-Man" as they had a swarm under one of their sun brollies.
Just a tad annoying for guests seated around, although many just waved the usual hand, as you do with a wasp or two.
Anyway...... along comes "Bee-Man", in complete outfit, and with a little smoke and a little coaxing into his "Bee-Box" not only saves the day but gives all those local guests many pics to take home which will help relate their story. (Which will B much for fun for them)
But... it gets better.... When "B" person removes his gear, he becomes Yiorgos, the guy who painted my house. ( Not sure if Beekeeping or painting is his 2nd hobby ) We shook hands and he duly presented me with a bee, which happily crawled all over my hand. "It's a male" he said! Still not sure what that meant. Brave Egg went and put it back in the box with his family. A guest shouted that they had a few around them collecting nectar. Don't worry, I replied, Andy will give them the bill later.
Not Arillas Today for you guys but a sort of Arillas today for me, when you can venture away and find something that does not always happen in our usual day to day holiday routine.
Please... no jokes on this one as we have done them all.
1. He will B here soon.
2. If he flirts with Andy's wife tell him to B-Have and don't call her "Honey"
3. We hope he didn't sting Andy on the price.(If he did Andy would tell him to buzz off)
4. If he didn't catch them all, would he B back.
5 When he finished the job would someone buy him a Bee-r.
and the worse one? - How did he recognise the Queen Bee? - Twas the on with the little crown on.
Arillas Today , did not need me, as they already have a swarm of guests to look after.
Time for me to Bee-gone.
Cheers
