Arillas Today??

Rained overnight and a tad of a heavy thunderstorm this morning. Quite cold and miserable and at 1:30 pm could not see the beach for the waves. - "Big buggers , them waves, as Farmer Giles would say!"

But..... by 3 pm out came the sun and we all began to wonder what the problem was all about.
(What problem?)

Nice evening currently being enjoyed.

Wish I had taken the camera for "Arillas Today"

Super signs all over the place. The beach one I particularly like reads, as follows:-

                                      Attention - For this beach area
                                      You must be suited properly
                                      Any Naughty bits shown will be
                                      removed by a local council official

(Possibly with a razor blade , I think)

Ha Ha Val. A very understated April Fools Day for this forum, but razor blades gave the game away for me. And naughty bits being rushed away by Officials.....

We still have to equal BBC's spaghetti farms that was celebrated on Breakfast TV Today. A personal objective is to upstage that on our forum in any way I can, or persuade our Eggy to do so.

 I remember melon crushing, the new airfield on Arillas beach and the space age, laid back, space age background that the website was apparently adopting.

A fallow year for April Fools apparently. But even the Glastonbury Festival has those occasionally.
