If I was retired I would be there like a shot. We all would love to be there if it was easier. I cannot understand why it is ok to have 60000 people at Wembley for a football match but you cant go on holiday to Corfu without self isolating for 2 weeks on return.  It just doesnt make sense.

Sonia - Nowt makes sense anymore.
I think , as from this evening, masks no longer need to be worn outside.
(But doesn't make a difference to many as they didn't wear masks anyway.-Hard to police so why bother)

anyway.... 36 deg at 6pm and a busy Arillas day.
Rainbow due to be open July 1st.. - That is good news for all. - Those guys have put so much effort in!!
Cheers

Jo - with 37 deg at 5:30 pm and hiding inside it is fair to say... "hottie botties and saggy sox"
Good not having to wear masks but "it will take a while to get out of the habit"
.... as the nun said when offered a good time.
Cheers

The announcements of Nikos Hardalias in detail:

According to Mr. Hardalias, the overall epidemiological picture of the country continues to improve, as the relevant indicators show, while the vaccination is progressing. This creates the necessary conditions for us to proceed with the removal of additional restrictive measures.

Based on these, the Deputy Minister of Civil Protection announced that:

Regarding the request for the suspension of the obligation to use a mask outdoors where there is no gathering or gathering, the members of the Committee, after an interactive discussion, unanimously suggested the following:

Maintaining the mandatory use of the mask indoors without exceptions.

Maintaining the mandatory use of the mask outdoors, with the sole exception of outdoor areas where there is no congestion. In fact, this measure will take effect from tomorrow.

Harold,
Theres only one Altrincham FC

The big question now is what do they class as ‘late summer’? That’s when us double vaccinated can travel home and not have to quarantine. It’s just so vague!!
