The beach is looking very acceptable and raring to go!!!


Anassia busy and at 14:30 I counted 20 patrons in "Beach Kostas" all eagerly waiting for grub!
Poor 'ole waiter Yorgos had taken up jogging.
(Have you ever tried that with a tray full of food n wine?)

You may like to know that 29deg at 6pm restricts me venturing outside for at least another 90 minutes to get some work done!!

(Sadly I sit indoors and have another Ouzo.... JUSGOTTABEDUN!!)

I shall visit Arilla tomorrow in the hope I can catch a "Jaywalker".

Arillas Today finds me with a lack of patience to type anything as I am bombarded with adverts to the left, and to the right of me, plus a few staring at me as I try and navigate the site!!

Currently "Sky Express" offering me 30% discount.

However , I can tell y'all that Arillas is now awake.
Everything looks open and we all have been blessed with around 20 deg.

"Beach Costas" though will be closed for 10 days as refurbs are necessary.
You may wonder why they close now as Summer is on the way.
Well.. they open in the Winter to look after the likes of me so let's give 'em some time off.

I'm off now to order soothing cream, a new brain and see what "Spiti Shop" has to offer!!

I take it! It was barely 5 degrees this morning in London

It doesn't feel like too much "in yer face" and tis quite pleasant.

The "Hire Traffic" is building up and worries me a tad with the number of "newbies".
There was a fatal Tourist Quad Bike accident yesterday between Sidari - Roda.
(Ended up in a ditch with Father and son and only the son survived)

....and today on my way to Arillas I counted 12 Quad bikes in a convoy coming my way without a gap in between any of them to allow any vehicles behind to overtake safely.
(12 Quad bikes is an extra long vehicle on these roads!!)

For me?? -from June / July / August I will be keeping away from potential problems and If I feel the need to walk along the front then I will park around the chemist area.

We are glad not to drive for a couple of weeks on holiday. It looks perilous around Arillas. Hope the potholes and worse are fixed?
I'm just back to Scotland from granny duties in London. It was 35 degrees over the weekend. Had to keep the kids inside over midday. Paddling pool out in afternoons. Boarded train in London 35 degrees. Off in Edinburgh at 14 degrees. Mad.
