                        LANTANA CAMARA

You see this plant all around Arillas

Lantana camara is considered toxic to various animals, including livestock and potentially humans. The plant contains toxic substances called lantadenes, which can cause liver damage, photosensitivity, and even death. While some studies suggest the ripe fruits may be edible for humans, it's generally recommended to avoid ingestion due to the potential for toxicity, especially in children.

Hi
I did buy a jar in Arillas some years ago, as my supplies run out, but felt it was not quite the same.
This was confirmed by Akis at the Mathraki, another Colmans dovotee. He always enjoyed the jar I bought from the UK saying it was hotter than the '' local'' jar.

I did write to Colemans about this abnormally, as the Greek jar is identical in labeling and ingredients etc.
They told me that the do change the recipe depending on the market it is going to .

Its the only time I ever run out.

Geoff
It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than  to speak up and remove all doubt.
