It’s a surprisingly common error.
A few years back on Rememberance Sunday in London one of the government’s buildings displayed the flag incorrectly

Just a bit of information
The blue plant is Ruellia they got one at the Tria you get loads of bees around it in the afternoon the blue flowers drop off ready for the next day
