Hello everyone... the mud is FUN. Barrels of fun, especially if you are two or more persons and paint each other from head to toenails...

it shows my girlfriend & me making wild faces - notice how you can model your hair when its "mud-enhanced" (the picture was taken last year):
The perfect mud recipe: take a plastic bag to the beach, collect some of the mud and crush it (it is very soft stone), then fill the bag with a little bit of sea water & let it "ripe" in the sun for an hour or so. Then crush the remaining mud pieces & fill with sea water until you have a smooth paste, and the wild painting can begin. Its so much fun, you have to try it at least once.
I've seen people adding olive oil to their mud mixture, but I really do NOT like this, after all you're going to wash the mud off in the sea and then the oil is in the sea, which is not very nice.
And Dimitri is right: after you washed off the dried mud, the skin is
really very soft & smooth, feels very nice - in other places, people pay a lot of money for that! :-O But take care of mud remainders in your ears & elsewhere
...it makes really nasty stains in your towels!
