The Mötley Crew returns

Well we are into our second week in Arillas. The first week was sadly chaos due to there being 2000 extra people in Arillas due to the Calibre festival.  We definitely will try and avoid being here next year when it is on.

We experienced on 3 occasions being in tavernas when there was some extremely rude behaviour and one of the festival attendees calling Vasillias in Gratselas  an asshole. This week Arillas is a very different place thankfully.

Well, two great weeks were had! Everyone loved it and everyone will be back next year but we will come at the end of August 2026 to avoid "the festival" and all the things such event causes in a small village. Second week saw Heidi back and she received the long lost friend treatment from everywhere we went as near enough 6 years have passed since she was there last.

But all of us had such lovely time and it was nice to meet Don Pipez and Karen/Colin

6 years since we saw Heidi..... time really does fly !  Glad you enjoyed Erja 😎🍻 . We'll see you in August 2026

Glad you enjoyed yourselves. Wish we could have met up again but maybe next year. Hope Heidi can make it back again too. 5 weeks to wait for us this year.
