I have put this post under weather well it is winter

Today I am doing a kokkinisto
All home grown tomatoes which are frozen
Got some nice cubed beef
I have never done this dish
So cook it today and eat it Tuesday I hope or the dog will be happy

I hear you say why eat it a day later
Well the answer is the Greek recipe said leave for a day that is what his mother done when he was a small boy
I have put the slow cooker on and it smells good we are going to have chips with it

The recipe say you can use pasta,mash potatoes,roast potatoes,rice, chips
I think the dog is going to go hungry to night
