Not really. As I said , it's because staff are now only allowed to work a certain number of hours a week, so businesses that don't have enough staff to rotate them, are having to close one day a week. A lot of the tavernas are still open 7 days as before.

Brouklis not open on Sundays, and I believe Athina not opening Monday's etc. It's because of new employment legislation not allowing people to work over a certain number of hours, and those businesses who don't have enough staff to rotate, are reducing opening hours.

Businesses don't usually negotiate next year's contracts until later in the current year - autumn at the earliest. We were at the Rainbow a couple of weeks ago and didn't hear anything to suggest a parting of the ways.
