Thanks Mary

Us "ex UK" locals can be a bit lazy donchyerknow?

Sandy , Get any pics of Nickos place ?

Jean Walsh , by the way, was recently requested to do a large outside Menu type board for a well known local Taverna. I watched it all taking shape when driving past her house a few times. I must find out if it's now "in situ".

Phil it's well worth a walk up the hill or you could go the longer, less hilly way past Anna's studios then make a detour - I didn't see where Nikos is building his bar m but I will next time - Sandy sorry I missed you this time, I kept looking out for you but like you say there is always next tiime and I will be back. I'll be posting my full holiday report shortly I've just been really busy this week with getting straight back to work and forgetting how to do my job!

Take Care

It's now "in-situ" so maybe a little challenge for anyone over here from Monday.

SPOT THE NEW MENU BOARD ! ( Only clue is - It's a biggie )

Put the pic on this topic and see if you're the winner.

Oh Eggy, you are awful, but I like you! Is the prize jelly babies?

I am also waiting to see the picture posted on here, but hope to see the real thing next summer. Jen and me met Jean's other half (can't spell it but it was like Sennan  -the Irish version would be Sean) in Sharon and Kerry's Marina Pool Bar. He was very charming, and doubtless we will meet again. We sat and talked for ages while Jen soaked up the joy of being in the pool.

And Eggy, I so wish I were going to be there on Monday, but the whole world knows that already.

Eggy, now I want to lose. (Not even sure what competition I'm entering.) Deep conversation? Talking b*****ks over ouzo more-like. We are quite good at that!

Jen and me spend many hours without you and Wendy here in Somerset. And without being as lucky as yous two are. A gorgeous home, privacy and peace, in one of the lovliest places on earth. Your privacy is safe with us. But look forward to meeting you both there next year.

Yes it is viv. I bore to death saying it on the forum! But goes to prove, a little walk and you can see such amazing things. Your pics are so perceptive of that.
