i was waiting to put our holidays in at work.
just put them in and we was going to book for 11th sept 06
but they are all booked up
really gutted now.

Oh, Sue how disappointing for you, I can imagine you are gutted.
I'm sure you will get something.  If I were you I would wait until the very last minute to book a cheap flight, you won't have a problem finding accommodation.
www.xl.com offer some great last minute deals.  They usually start dropping the prices 7 days before the flight leaves, remember and type 'telegraph' into the special offers box to gain futher discount.
I've not yet booked my flights for next Friday, the price dropped 35quid each yesterday, but I'm hanging it out for a better deal!
