You definitely need a form for each person. It might be that only one person is tested as they look at individual codes. A 1 at the front of your QR code denotes a test a 2 at the front denotes no test needed

How did you find this out Lawty?
Lawty:
I arrived last Thursday and as you come through passport control at Corfu airport they ask you to show them the QR code which Is sent to you 24 hours before you travel. My partner and I needed one code each. The code determines if you get Covid tested or not

Sorry Lawty I meant how did you find out that a code beginning with 1 means no test and beginning with does. Thanks
