No live webcam

I have been unable to get any live webcam pictures for the last few days.
Is this only me or is there a problem ?

the the permanent live link here.: https://arillas.com/web-cam/live . If you were watching it on youtube directly then you are right. The link has changed as I tryed to fix the quality a few days ago and the youtube link changes to a new one .the new link is now that one:
