I know its still early days but for this time of year the beack is looking fantastic!

Noticed that the wind was coming from the south west today, wonder if that is why there is more sand?

I've also noticed that the beach south of the jetty is recovering.

It's a love hate thing looking at the webcam view - love to see the beach and weather etc but hate that I'm not there grrrrrrr!

Same here Bella. I sometimes wonder why I torture myself daily by watching the waves on cam, when what I really need is to be there in front of them.

It's the first thing I do when I get up - put the cam on and sit and pretend that the 'virtual' window is real whilst drinking a cup of tea and then get peed off when I look out of my 'actual' window and see the grey sky and urban sprawl!

That gorgeous beach is getting better and better! I wonder if we get one like back in glorious 2008?

The beach is "repairing" itself and.. so far so good. Wonderful thing this Nature!

Beautiful beach today, definitely more sand being deposited. Please let this be year that it stays.

I wonder will we get the large sand bar forming again?

It looks like those rocks that were built by the locals last year have done the trick!

 Beautiful weather today after yesterdays rain, the beach is lovely and the weather calm......just wish our holiday would come  quicker, maybe it will after tonight's lottery. Lol

We would be there tomorrow if we won. :)

Have been looking at this super set of photographs of the hard work going on to ensure we can enjoy the beach again this year.  Dimitris and team are to be congratulated on the results.

Looks amazing, the hard work is always appreciated. I love Arillas and the beach is always a sight for sore eyes, just love it all.
