Title: Beach Access
Post by: SteveL on September 02, 2012, 10:08:03 PM
I was wondering if anyone in Arillas this week could let me know what the access to both the north and south beaches is like?
I know the situation can change quite quickly but I would be glad of any information prior to us arriving on 10 September.

Many thanks

Steve

I can report that the South beach is gorgeous and easily accessed. As for North I haven't the foggiest. Somebody who actually went there the other day did say that you will have to wade through to get there.

To the south, once you get past the pebbly bit under the Seabreeze it opens out to a joy to walk. North Requires wading. Well thats what it was like in July anyway.

The south beach was fabulous when I was there, if you wander right to the end it's like a mini outdoor art gallery too with all the pebble creations, if they are still there.  Oh how I wish I was wandering up that way now.  Have a great time xx

The south has easy access but the north you need to wade a little maybe up to your knees.

Thanks all. It's nearly always a wade to the North Beach, apart from the very first time I went there in 2004 when it was very wide and sandy.
