I'm working on my mum (who has a fear of heights to do it) so far its looking successfull!

Lindypops...my mum can make escalaters etc so she doesn't have it is as bad as u, so you've encouraged her to do it YAY!

Come on Jill - it's great. I hate heights but did pluck up courage to do it last year and did it again this year - not frightening at all. Go up with someone who has done it before - that might make you feel better. Hope we meet up in Arillas again - I will come up with you. Once you have done it the first time it feels like a real achievement. Sandy has done it, I have done it, Michelle has done it - this year I went up with a lady called Jan (she had never done it before) and she loved it.

(Sarah - how is that for words of encouragement????)
