Title: bardis sun apartments

hi< ive booked for my family to stay at bardis sun apartments on 15 august for one week< i called the hotel yesterday, they land at 23 00 hours so wont be at hotel untill after midnight, just wondering how we will get apartment keys at that time of night as they are travelling with a 3 year old?????
any advice much appreciated, we just called hotel and asked them to keep room for these dates

The bar will still be open, and someone will meet and greet you.

They are a fantastic family.
