Patrick John - Beware!

Smoking has been "banned" again from the 1st September and I know this doesn't affect you.

But...... There is talk of banning "speedos" in certain places. Be afraid, very afraid!.

And ... Of course have a great time here. - Not long for y'all now.

Thanks for the warnings Eggy.  I just can't see the locals not smoking and I can't imagine me without a pair of Speedos.
So (as you say) WOTSTHATALLABOUT?
Looking forward to our favourite holiday spot in the sun, and hoping perhaps to bump into you.

Bon voyage tomorrow PJ and Julia. Kaloudis awaits. Don't fall over riggers'sunbed - he won't be happy... Might buy you a drink though. Wish him and Sue our very best.

The North beach is still well worth being on. Well, it was in July and then in August when our Jo Wisset reported. Give the two Billys our best - they haven't seen the end of us this year..... If you describe us as the long haired hippies who drink beer on the corner table he will know who you mean!

Have a typically glorious stay in Arillas, and tell us about it when you go abroad (ie back here)

Hi Folk
Can hear the plane engines reving!  Not long now.
Thanks for the good wishes Phil - will be exploring all the beach from north to south but expect to spend most time on the north beach - looks like its back to a reasonable standard.
Never had a drink in the 'nut' philansue, but often look in to see if any forum folk are there - never spotted any yet.  Perhaps that's because we wander past there in the early rather than the late evening.
Take off 1435 Monday - less than 24 hours - great!
Speedos & camera already packed (and batteries checked) - look out for more pics from Arillas when we get back.

Not long now Patrick John, I can imagine your excitement - only a few hours to go :-)
Have a lovely, lovely time. I have a feeling that you'll still be there when we arrive (on the 24th) so if I see you I shall surely stop & say hello.
