Title: Help changing profile

Was trying to change our piccie but being the technophobe that I am I not only lost the one that we had but i haven't got a clue how to load one into our profile.
Words of one syllabul please to explain how I do this. In our piccies on the PC there is one of me and Jan in Garziellas that I wanted to use but havewn't a clue how to upload it.

I did the same thing the other week Rothers !
After a few attempts I managed but more by blundering about than technical knowledge !
Can't even remember what I did to get a picture up.
I'm sure tecchie Terry can guide you !

many thanks Ive managed to get it done as you can see with the new piccie.  This was taken at Graziella in Sep 2009
