I've not heard of this villa Viv. Is it new & whereabouts is it?

I have now been given another spelling for it villa Giannhs, being one of Angela 1's, I assumed it would be by villa Stamaths but cant find it on any of the maps and Angela hasn't been very well so hasn't replied to my e-mail since we booked it for september and October. Viv
