Hello again,

After exploring the software of our forum I managed to add some “Avatars” on the avatar gallery. These is the pictures that you can have while your post is being shown.

When you click on “Profile”, scroll down until you see “Avatar control panel” simply click on Show Gallery and then you can see some various pictures from the area of Arillas that I have just created. Check one of them and  Press submit. Then it will be shown in every one of your posts
I do not know if they are any good; this you have to tell me,

Have fun!

If you would  like to have YOUR PICTURE as a private Avatar, then you can upload it from your pc ( if you know how ) Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 100 pixels, the height no greater than 100 pixels, and the file size no more than 3 KB.

If you can't do this, just email me a picture of yours and then I would place it on your mebership as soon as I can.!

have tried out the avatar and it works - really impressed.  Thankyou.

Hi Dimitris,

Thats good fun. I will use the Turkey for now just to remind myself of how many times in a day I had to take my little grandson along the lane at the back of the Mathraki to see the Turkeys.  :D

Just ignore this!!!! Dippy me was having a problem doing a simple task like selecting an avatar.

Just checking out this new "gadget" this IT thing is all a bit above me!! :?  will see if its worked when i hit the submit box........ (hope so now Eileen has called it a "simple task")    :oops:
Love the idea Dimitris (much better than a self portrait)  :lol:

Maybe I should have said 'what should be a simple task!'

I'm pretty useless with this stuff..(as a lot of you will know).....it took me 2 attempts, I forgot to click on the submit tab. :oops:

I agree about it being better than a self portrait, this Turkey looks much better than me. :cry:  :lol:  :lol:

Whilst i am on i woud just like to say how much i enjoy reading the coments passed on the forum .
Now i have seen some of your faces i will be looking out for them when i go to Arillas this year. :oops:

Thanks Dimitris, this looks like an interesting idea, but I'm not so sure
about all the different self portraits as Eileen puts it, but its nice to see different photos rather than our own faces all the time!!!!!!!!
I'm going to have to study how to do this one? :wink:

Hi Lucy, Sally & shadow,mums just testing this out. I was cliped yesturday after being at vets, this is me before hand and the next one will be of me cliped as mum cant make up her mind which one she likes best. Now lets she if its worked.

I have tried to upload an avatar, but keep getting an error page when i try to browse the gallery, any ideas how i can fix this!!!!

Dont worry, usually when that happens its because Dimitris is doing something to the site, I would just try again later.
