Title: Lynn&Colin's Ruby Wedding

I don't know how we've made it, but we (child-bride and bridegroom) will have been married for 40 years on the 21st. And they said it would never last!
Guess it must be love then.........

I too was a child bride and am sure there were people that said it would never last, but not to my face tho. 25 years later here we are !

The one thing that has made our relationship successful is compromise, you should have seen the look on my son's girlfriend's face when I told her that. I don't think it exists in her world, she doesn't realise how stubborn Neil can be,she thinks she can have her own way. She can if she wants to be a spinster for the rest of her life. LOL

I hope you have had a lovely, romantic  day.

I have this vision of our age group being in an old people's home, tapping our walking sticks while we are listening to our golden oldies like "Lets Spend The Night Together" by the Stones. That was our music so they will have to play it for us.

Think 19 Nervous Breakdowns might be nearer the mark!

Must admit I did this a bit in advance.  I tried to add it to the calendar without doing a post, but the system didn't let me.  The actual day isn't till the 21st, but nevermind, thank you anyway!
