Here are HUGE BIG THANKS to Dimitris (for the organisation to get me there) and his continuous helpfulness to his customers (its always a pleasure to watch him (and listen to this multi-lingual talent). To his mum for keeping my room spotless always, to his sister for the MOST FABULOUS TRADITIONAL cuisine in Arillas and to his father for the wine and company on my last evening. An absolute hoot of a holiday. Arillas never fails and I am looking forward to returning next year.
