thanks to san steph travel,for setting up this fantastic service.with and through dimitris and arillas .com . i emailed nouyla at s/steph travel 5 days befor departure, arrived at corfu airport at 1700hrs .by 1745 with my cases and wife in tow ,we were greeted by a taxi driver with our names clearly written on a board,who escorted us outside to his cab. he loaded the cases in the boot ,and off we went .1845 we were in arillas. and by 1930 we were unpacked and sipping our ouzos in the rainbow.all for 50 euros .thanks to all for this arrangement.

We got so fed up with the Manos transfer that we always go by taxi through Noula now and she has never let us down. Another bonus of the forum!

We are going with Manos in September and we are fed up with going all over Sidari and wherever, can you tell me who is 'Noula' and how I can contact her? Please, pretty please.

There is a section here on the forum in the yellow boxes in the top left corner. Go into "Taxi to Arillas" and follow the instructions. You can book a week in advance and Noula will send confirmation. 45 euros, but we gave him 50 and still cheap at the price in my view.

You can always give Olga a call who is in Arillas, last week she arranged all our transport from and to the airport for 60 euro..ok maybe we get a good price but the transport was fine as she has to contract out her business these days.

Noula always arranges our taxis for us, never had a problem yet. They are always there waiting for us.

We booked a taxi last year, we were met at the airport, straight into the taxi and were in Arillas in less than an hour! Bit of a hair raising journey that one - taxi driver was a bit mad tho. Some didnt realise (even though she does the journey all the time) that there was a queue of traffic for traffic lights on a blind bend going through a village. She just goes haring straight past, realises its a queue and stops, another car is coming the other way... needless to say it was a bit nerve wracking. We did get there in one piece though but it was better than 3.5 hrs which some have had.

Mick, If you haven't already booked a taxi, phone Philip and ask him to do it for you. We always do that, and this year we were charged 43 euros each way. Maggie.

I have to agree with Kevin. Noyla was most helpful in aswering queries and the booking confirmation came in no time along with her mobile number should there be any problems. The taxi was waiting for Heidi and I at the airport and we were in Arillas in no time. I would recommend this service to anyone and will most definetly be using it again next summer.
