Hello All

Please can someone advise on Drinking water. Do we buy water or is the Tap Water as good as the town looks??

We will be staying at the Arillas Bay Apartments from 02/08 to 16/08.

I have seen some photos of the place and it looks wonderful. Are you out there this year or have you been?

i go 12th - 26th july, in 3weeks and 5days, up until yesturdayi thought it was 2weeks and 5days until i was corrected and now i have to live another week again before i can go! wishfull thinking im told it was!
we will be staying at Anna studios

Hi Darren, We will be stoppingat ArillasBay in October, Lots of the good people on site are sending photo's of the outside of the apartments, hopeflly when you get back you can let usknow what theinside's like. Happy Holiday.CheersViv & Pete

Hi Vivian,I'll give you a blow by blow account  of the Arillas Bay Apartments.I took lots of photos of the inside of the apartment last year.And i'll probably do the same this year!!!!!and of course the outside area.cx

Hi Marie,
We haven't spoke for a while, we have been back just over a week now and my wife & girls stopped at Annas and with all the previous comments you know how good they are. if i remember you live over on flight path of Brum airport? By the way they are checking all outbound luggage weights and if your over its 4POUNDS A KILO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have a nice holiday in July and don't forget the photo for Dimitris's album!!

yes your right that was me i live under the flight path!!  :lol:
thanks for telling me that about the weight now they never used to be all that fussy if you was just a little over,  but i dont think i will be taking all that much this year i have learnt that i dont need half the stuff i usually take.
i wont forget my photo me and my mum are going to take a speacial 1 just for that album!!
3weeks and 4days to go and i cant wait.

p.s you know when u went to corfu what plane did u go on from birmingham as im going on airmalta and just want to know what it is like as i have never flew with them before.

regarding the drinking water, drink the bottled water and boil the tap water for tea or coffee, just run the tap water a bit and you should be alright? we have done that for years and never had dicky tummy. but its safer to just drink alcolhol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!hic. there again as your going in August its alot hotter than when we go @ end of May, so it might be best to stick to bottled water as its so cheap!

Hi Marie,
The Wife and girls flew Airmalta { 1st week of june } apparently it was fine regarding meals etc but it didn't have a film or radio plugs in seats !!!

We flew from Glasgow in May with Air malta, the most uncomfortable plane I've had the misfortune to travel on. The seats were all squashed together with absolutely no leg room at all. I'm only 5'7" and my knees were hard against the seat in front. It must be worse for a 6 footer. I don't know the type of plane it was but the return journey was better...a different type of plane.

thanks for that Killie, i had heard that the seats were a bit squashed together its a good job im only 5 4!!
i love flying on airplanes that much that i dont think it will bother me though.
were the aircrew friendly enough though because i do talk to almost everyone! :D  im a friendly type of girl.
