I would like some help/advice & I know someone on here will have the answer.
We are returning for our 2nd visit in July and staying once again at the Mathraki Studios.
We were wondering if it is possible to get over to the Afionas road to eat at Vavilas without trecking all the way down to the beach road and back up again.
Looking at the map it appears that if we turn left at the T junction towards Rainbow and walk past Brouklis there is some form of path just before you reach Captains.

Sorry can't help with directions as we stay at Brouklis Sun Studios which are no too far. However, you should note that you are really best to book so unfortunately you may have to walk up their twice or alternatively see if your hosts will phone and book you a table. I find it a pain having to walk up twice and, like I said, we only at Brouklis but better to book than be disappointed as you can't get a table.

Yes there is usually a path that runs down the side of the field about 100 metres up from Brouklis on the right.
you then have to cross the stream by the wooden bridge (couple of planks of wood) the path brings you out below Just Vavilis.
Would only go that way in the daylight though
The Path was overgrown when we were over in May but hopefully the path has been re cut

Don't fancy a couple of planks of wood - Especially on the way home in the dark and after a drink or two.
Looks like it's the long way round for us!!!
It was all cut back at the end of May and the path was fine :-)
We always walk there through shortcut and then stroll down the road on way back
