Planning a Palin-esque trip through Itaky and crossing over to Corfu by Ferry...Has anyone every used the ferries rather then flown. I am looking for advice. Thank you.
If anybody ever thinks of doing this route we have now found a ferry from Ancona, but you can also catch them at Bari and Brindisi. They run at least four a week in season. If you're on foot it will be (for 2 adults and a child) €230 single includes a private cabin, the same back from Corfu to Brindisi which is the route we'll be taking.
