I return on Monday 26 th. May. Flight home at 13.15 hrs., check in opens at 11.15 hrs.
On my own, so plenty of room!

Welcome to the forum. Flight 7174(321-220) going out, 7175(321-220) return. Be great if you could book a seat and share the taxi. I stay with Dorita at The Bardis Hotel. She books the taxi locally from Arillas and the driver meets me at 'the chrome bar' at the exit from the arrivals hall. The fare last October was €54 each way. It takes about 45 minutes, usually a Mercedes with air-con. Where are you staying?

Staying at the Mirage. I have not been to Corfu before, Arillas seems perfect.
Corfu is a beautiful island, very 'green' and varied scenery. Mountainous in the north and quite flat in the south. Arillas on the north west coast has a large beach, lots of good places to eat and is my 'second home', I visit twice a year, May and September/October. Think you will love Mirage, almost on the beach in the center of the bay, Angela, Nicos and family will make you very welcome, nice apartments too.
