Can anyone tell me how to put a photo as an avatar? I always get "file size to big" even though some of the forumers photos look as big as mine?

Av no bigger than 3kb . Check properties on av`s to see if ok.

I know the file size possible.All I need is the ability to shrink my picture file size so it will fit.I cant work out how all the other forum members have managed it? :?:

Thanks for puting that link on Stuart I will have to try it out.As you can see I have a pic but its TOO tiny.Don't know how I mangaged to get it on but I've struggled for months to do it properly. :?

Hey Sam...u alrite hun?

Get the original pic and crop to the size u want using a photoshop thingy and then to get it onto an avatar by going on www.photobucket.com and that will automatically make it the right size of file (no actual size of photo)...so u can then use it...hope that made some sence!
