Title: Goat Stew
Post by: HeatherE on February 19, 2013, 07:05:40 PM
Sorry all if this is in the wrong area but...

I adore goat stew/meals and always forget to get a recipe. Don't suppose anyone on the Forum has an authentic Greek recipe for it.

Thanks in advance.

Just found this post after a super night out at Night Owl.

Didn't have goat stew though. Had Kontosouvli - Very nice too.

It has to be said, as I am a merry man at 12:30 am.........

..... After you have had goat stew never be a wise ass and ask for the billy!!

Cheers

10.45 here Neill, so without much drink I can recognise that as quite a funny joke. ;)
Glad your evening was merry, just going to refill my glass.

XaXaXa Val meluvver. I know nothing. It's why I am a great teacher. Or so they keep telling me, but I don't believe it.

But to my Arillas I say, "Don't know much, but I know I love you. And that's all I need to know."

Kalinichta luvver, Hope we can share an Arillas meal in July

And this looks a good version of goat stew.

Sorry about that awful joke and going off topic. I love goat stew and so does Wegg, but she doesn't eat very much in the evening so I finish hers as well.
You could say she hardly eats "nanny" at all! (Then pays the billy)
Cheers

To early for a drink yet Neill, so not quite as funny.
I will reread it in about twelve hours. ;)

I meant twelve hours after you posted. ;).     Even I can't drink in my sleep, even if sometimes I don't remember what I drank the night before.
