Eileen

Sadly we won't be in Corfu at Easter but I hope anyone who goes will have a lovely time  before the rest of us arrive to spoil the peace.

I can't see any reference to Easter trips on Stefanos's web-site http://www.nwcorfurooms.com/entertainment ! Have you the page URL please which shows these trips ?

I am pleased to see Stefanos is putting his heart and soul into boosting the water activities in the area as well as putting together a good list of accommodation.

Eileen luvver, us boring old farts (sorry Keith, we both qualify) get so much out of afternoons and evenings like that traditional menu. The dancing will happen anyway. And we will really enjoy it whatever.

Tag along luvver? Happy hubby and plenty of juice - you will love it. As long as juice means what I meant.... So bl**dy wish Jen and me were joining in....

Oh yes meluvvers. Thanks Sandy medear. I have always relied on yous, and have never been let down. Not  that yous owe me anything.

When shall we three met again, in thunder, lightning, or in rain? When the hurlyburly's done, when the battle's lost and won. That will be ere the set of sun.

At Kouklospito or Theia or Linakis. The lot of us will celebrate our common connection. Our Arillas

Upon the Heath (or maybe the Nut?)
But if you bring your dog I will be forced to say - Out damned Spot !!
(must say, I didn't have you down as a Hag!)

Easter in Arillas, oh I wish and the barbie on Mathraki - sheer paradise! We'll be in Barrow in Furness (really is the next best thing) as they have Super Sundays at bank holidays and the people there ar super - but that's another story.  If I won the lottery I would have a house in both places!!!  Roll on August.

Thank you all for humouring an old lost soul, who sleeps in the UK but lives in Arillas...

I know you're rubbing it in Sandy - love you all the more for it. Like viv says - one day soon we can all open our Easter Eggys together.... Mines the one with the vodka frappe liqueurs in.

Val luvver, everything changes if we win. We can ALL go. Ann, come too to find out out if the Barbie is on... (will Ken be there?????)

And Geoff m8, to carry on this ill-fated venture...

I might not be a Hag, but this was once said of me

"Was the hope drunk
Wherein you dress'd yourself? have you slept since?
And wakes you now, to look so green and pale
At what you did so freely?

A misquote from Jen one morning after a tall night in the Nut....

Love the "Bardy" humour, Geoff and Phil....

You never know, one day we could all be "ill met by moonlight", although that's another play/story...!

Spot on Janis - although it's more of a "Mid-Winters" Dream than a Midsummer Nights Dream!!!
But in deciding if we follow our dream or not we need to return to "The Scottish Play" (bad luck to refer to it by name - apparently) :-
As thou art in desire? Wouldst thou have that which thou esteem'st the ornament of life, And live a coward in thine own esteem, Letting 'I dare not' wait upon 'I would,'
Basically - don't just talk about it Phil - GO FOR IT mate !!!
;-)

Oh Phil!  If you only knew the story of Barbie and Ken but that's yet another thread and probably one I could only tell you - if we ever met up!  How I would love to be there at Easter.  Paul and I will be with some really special people though but always look forward to meeting up with friends old and new at home in August.
