Whatever the weather, I am sure you will have a fantastic time in October. I have been there then and the weather has been warm and sunny....and I have been there with torrential rain. My advice is to go prepared for some rain, and you will be pleasantly surprised. I had my 50th there (22 October) and we had a great fortnight - quite hot some of the time and the only rain was on my birthday.

Although some places will be closing by then, Brouklis, Armourada and Rainbow will certainly be open as well as the Malibu and Coconut.

It is much quieter and you will love it!

hi philantsue. This phil will be sixty a year later, but December so not at home in Arillas.

We have stayed in Arillas at the very end of October, and god willing, will be again this year. Some of it will be closed, but not all. Akti, Armourada are open all year. Kaloudis will probably - it's where we stayed end of Oct 2007. Thalassa was - we spent many a happy hour in there that year. And of course the Coconut.

The weather will be anybody's guess. In 2007 we had a couple of dreary days, but also some lovely warm ones. Needed warm cover-ups in the evening though. Sat under the patio heater in Thalassa and Litsa jumped up and said "I'm going home to put ALL of my clothes on..." Only to return with a winter coat on.

In July we do the Arillas party. In September we do the Arillas fan club (so many of the forum go this month) and in October we do the quiet Arillas chill-out. Unsure which is best. Guess they all are really. Have a great time

Phil

Pictures are quite an issue. You usually need to put them on a hosting site like imageshack.us or flickr.com etc and then copy the html code into your post having clicked on Insert Image. The code must be between he two bits in square brackets (I can't show you - it would come out like this: (http://))

Would be only too happy to post your pics if you want to email them to me.

Phil and Sue - if you're on Facebook you can copy and paste a photo from there onto the forum.
I'm rubbish at things like that, but somehow it seems to work if you right click on a photo on FB, click on properties and copy the address then paste here by clicking first on the image icon -
Here's one I did earlier...

I got copy and paste but you have to clck on the garb that its come up with to get photo to show. Think i will go back to photobucket, or it will use to much space on here. Viv
