Booked!!
Well done Angie. When?
Eileenxxx
Thanks Eileen.
Quite a relief after all this messing about, I can tell you!
Not as cheap as we'd hoped but it is school holidays.
July 26th to august 9th, x 4 people, £780 , which I think is about £100 per person cheaper than last year, although we didn't book it 'til a lot later.
'Just got to sort out the accommodation now, but am happy to take the tent if necessary!!

Well i have been looking at easyjet and thinking. In the end the thomson Kaloudis bug bit me, so i have booked with them for sept 10th-20th. The flight times also drew us to them (morning going and early afternoon return). Anyway just pleased to be booked and should be there for the wine festival. :)
riggers.
Blimey Jo...that's a good price for 5. Worth waiting for. Glad everyone is happy with what they've booked.
riggers see u there we get there on the 17 th for 2 weeks
You sure will Keith..Will have a beer with you.
riggers.
Only one riggers? That doesn't sound like you.....
Well the wine festival might be later that night Sandy, will need to leave room for some :) minus the toe nails..
riggers.
Toenails? Spill the beans riggers.
Sandy dearest, riggers and me don't understand the concept of just one. Derrr!
Keith - you might be a geezer but don't forget Jen and Phil are from similar parts. Sadly we'll miss you and 'er indoors. One day hopefully
Phil
Hi Riggers, It is the times that put us of easyjet. So we booked with Tomson flights, 11nights in May £482 and 11 nights in Sept £480 thats including luggage and transfer, and ofcourse the times we wanted. Viv
Yes Viv it seems they left us poor folk who fly from Manchester till last, then gave us the worst flight times..tut tut
We will get there though.. :)
riggers.
I think it's bad how long you had to wait for Manchester flights, Viv and riggers, but as for the flight times, I doubt whether they're any better from Gatwick...... Well, we don't like them anyway!
lynn xx
we hve never used easy jet as they dont go from birmingham but have decided to give it a go and try Bristol airport - did well with the flight times and prices £340 all in and thomson and thomas cook wanted £550 for the same time and it also gave us the opportunity to go out on a friday and come home on a Monday so we actually get 18 days in Arillas - yay!!!! (3 - 20th September), but wont have to wait that long as visiting 17 May for a week
if any of you booked easy jet from Manchester, would you mind please letting me know what time of year your going times and prics just so I can do some calculations. Viv
hi
we fly out on the 6th aug for three weeks return 27th aug with easyjet out at 1700
from manchester 475 for the two of us thats with speedy boarding
hope it help
dave mull
Thanks for that Dave, not as much differance as I thought there might be. Viv
We fly with Easy Jet on 11th June 14 nights - £340 for both of us. Going out is OK 17.50 but coming back is late night flight. Well worth it though.
