Just returned from Arillas with my two daughters.
I was a little worried if they would love it as much as we do.
They did, and I think that we can add two more Arillas addicts to the ever growing list.
John
Now why dosen't that surprise me. lol. Viv
john b
so glad you enjoyed .....yammas
Surprise surprise. Arillas is a lovely safe place for daughters. Wish Jen and me had one, let alone two. But we have two wonderful boys.
So glad it worked out John. But in truth, what were you worrying about?
Phil
All our daughters and grandchildren love Arillas, our only daughter who hasn't had the experience yet is going a week tomorrow with her partner and their children. Any bets on whether she bookd for next year!
Hope she enjoys it.
My two are already talking about what month to go next year.
John
odds on Jill luvver.
Don't forget to enjoy your time with Mick in Arillas though....
love
Phil
If we could afford it, I'd LOVE to take the whole family to Arillas - my mum and her toy boy (both in their eighties), my two daughters, husbands and grandchildren, and Barry's two daughters, partners and families. It would be so good... but we'd have to win the lottery and we don't enter so it ain't gonna happen lol
Never give up Janis...you never know what is round the corner.....
wooo no never give up Janis luv.....i am still hoping and wishing. 2 numbers tonight, wishes will continue......but hope to see all next year in our fav place....
riggers....
Thanks, Sandy and Riggers for your words of encouragement.. I won't give up, don't worry, but at the moment I can't see us getting to Arillas again before May (we've booked the last two weeks at Kaloudis)
Trouble is, I'd like to take early retirement but if I do where's the money going to come from until my pension kicks in in three years time? Difficult situation trying to decide whether or not to carry on working and dreaming.... x
Jen and me are still dreaming Janis luvver.
Our Egg and Wegg know exactly how we feel.
The thread is "They loved it", well yes, we did!!!
Surprise surprise!
Phil
Yeiii! I believe it is hard to find a person who will not fall in love with Arillas. But then again there must be some just to keep the universe in balance :D
Hi John. Glad they enjoyed. Hope to take some family with us soon, cos we bore them to death with how nice Arillas is. Got to see it for themselves>
Yammas Paul D
Hi Paul,
You will have to take them just to prove a point.
As we all know they will love it.
Since we got back my daughters have been so depressed.
John
Know what you mean Paul. Whenever the subject of holidays comes up in our local, they all ask "Arillas again?" and as I open my mouth to say "Of course" they just glaze over and lose the will to live.....
Phil
Hi Phil,
Same here, everyone says [ What back to the same place again ]
If they only knew.
John
Exactly John, if only they knew...
Brilliant John, two more converts lol.
Am used to people saying, "you going there again??" Sod em, they dont know what they're missing!

She must have loved it.
Just found out one of my daughters is pregnant.
I am soooooo happy.
Arillas magic does it's trick.
P.S It happened before she went on hols.
John
Been home a week today - boy its grim - My wife and I had our five children with us this time around after going it alone in Arillas last year, the eldest of them is thirteen and they all loved it, our most relaxing holiday with them all for years.
I think I found the eighth wonder of the world - working in " Helens Creperie" if she was Helen at the time of Troy I'd have gladly set sail with the thousand ships.
Thanks to all at "Vavillas" fish restaurant for the lift back to our apartments during the thunder storm a fortnight ago...... after our meal of course..haha!
Can't wait to return again next year.
John, congratulations!
Ian sounds fantastic, really pleased they all loved it

one of our sons keeps telling us to go somewhere else, theres a whole world to see he says, well he's only 29 so there is for him. but why look for somewhere new, worry if you'll like it after saving for a year to get there then hate it when you do, i mean the brochures never lie do they??!! we've already found paradise, why would we want to go anywhere else??

Thanks Sharon and well said Ger.
There is no place like it.
Ian C, I couldn't agree more.
