Hi everyone,
Just wondered if anyone knew what date the wine festival is this year, im hoping we will be there for it this year.
Have heard so much about it previous years on here and would love to experience it myself, so if anyone can enlighten me id much appreciate it??
I have looked briefly for the answer on here but couldnt find anything.
I believe it should be happening around second weekend in September if there is no force majeure to cancel it. You might be just there for it, in which case you have to have couple of glasses for me 8)

Hi Clare,
When we went to Arillas in September the year before last, the wine festival was cancelled, so if you are lucky enough to be there for it this year, can you drink the odd jug or barrel for me too, please?

We managed to be at the wine festival last September (about the twelfth and thirteenth of September if I remember. We went both nights surprise surprise!) It was a magical and very special experience, like BG said it made their holiday. The Boss (you Knowho) was there, gathering evidence. Camera was flashing like a strobe.... "Don't worry Phil" said the Boss "you're amongst friends." (That was before the incriminating photos were published in a tabloid newspaper....)
Smiffy, really try to go. You've had a busy year, and it would be a very special extra for you and Brett. Good luck!

Excellent, well if its the same sort of date then it looks like we will be there for it, we fly out the 9th on the Wednesday so hopefully it will be that weekend, fingers crossed!
Are you flying with Easyjet Smiffy? If so, that is probablty the flight I go back on as I leave on the 9th.
Yep we're flying with Easyjet for the first time ever, only ever flown with Ryanair before which is the other 'bargain' airline as i like to call them!
