Title: Pay phone
Post by: blondegirl on September 02, 2008, 12:39:59 PM
Does anyone know if there is a payphone in Arillas and where it is situated.  Not needed it before but will use it a bit more this year to keep in touch with the "oldies", and dont want to use the mobile.

Hi Sue,

It's been some time since I used a payphone in Arillas but there used to be one opposite Arkokal travel and another outside Ina's.

I'm not too sure if they are still there or have been moved but maybe someone else will come along with up to date information.

Paycards are available in the minimarkets.

There's also one at the end of the drive to Irene Villas - almost opposite Captains.

Have a great holiday Sue.

Hi Sue,

the phone outside Thalassa is a card phone.
there is also one near the "Grill" place and I think, but not 100% sure, that it is a coin phone.
The one that used to be at the Creperie is no longer there.
Hope this helps
Amanda

Great!  thanks everyone - quite a few to choose from if we are passing by.  Getting very excited now - even daydreaming when driving the car... if I'm not careful I wont get to Arillas!!!!

We always use the one at the Kaloudis. A card off Roula costs 4 euros, lasts well.
