Just booked a last minute holiday booked into Mathraki Studios, first time in Corfu ,found this cool website just wondered if anyone could offer any advice for first timers to Arillas on must see and dos adn anything about Mathraki studios as it was all booked so quick!
hi leeds and welcome to the forum.
Mathraki has a website - link in Accommodation if you click on the menu. It is a short way up the hill in San Stefanos direction. Not far though. Has a good reputation and we've been tempted in the past. We always seem to stay well up the hill - Anna Studios in July, Alecos Sgouros two previous visits - much further up than Mathraki.
Can easily get to the centre and sea front - short walk down the hill. Has a very nice pool. You'll love it.
See other posts on forum corner - those who want to can meet up every tuesday eve in Coconut and as of today, thursday in Malibu bar - both not far from you.
You are all set to join the "Arillas Addicts" be warned - it only takes once! See posts on How I found Arillas.
Good luck and best wishes
Phil

Mathraki a good place to be and a good location.
( Close to all Tavernas etc ,plus just off the main road to lose any noisy traffic)
Get son Akis involved with any thing to do with computers etc and have a friend for life
Arillas has a couple of bars, large range of Tavernas with different food styles and enough room on the beach for all.
( If walking is your scene there are many directions in which to point your feet )
Regards "must see's" and "do's" - Whatever lights yer candle - Yer on holiday.
Cheers

Hi Leeds
We did the same last year, booked last minute.
Well you wont go wrong with Arillas
Things to do, Just like Eggy says, your on holiday do what you want.
You wont be disappointed with Arillas, we go again on the 12th May and then July for the third time. You will have such a good time in such a nice place that you will be booking to go again as soon as you get home.
Have a Fantastic time, you are going to the best place you have ever been (promise)
When did you say you were going?
Thanks for the info everyone I just cant wait; we go on 23rd May and it will be the first time that we have had a family holiday for a long time plus we will be celebrating hubbys 50th while we are there and it sounds lile lady luck has led us to choose a brilliant place with wonderful people . If it lives up to all expectations I am sure we will be hooked. I have read some of the ways in which people have found Arillas and it seems to be a pretty magical place.Roll on the 23rd!
Indeed leeds, you will have a great time. Also, happy 50th. Tis a good choice of holiday, and one of many. Have a great time.
hi leeds
Quotebrilliant place with wonderful people
that's about it.
Say hello to everybody you meet. Just might be me but who cares. Arillas is about friendship. To quote Terry no strangers. Just friends you haven't yet met.
Enjoy!
Phil
You`re right there phil. Meet and enjoy a cordial frienship.
An early happy 50th birthday to hubby from us.
Celebrating with a family holiday in Arillas is the best Birthday present you can get.
If Carlsberg did holidays then they would be like that.
And a family holiday that means you wont have to tell everyone what they missed, they will be with you to take in every wonderful minute of it.
Look forward to your report when you get back.
The first line will probably read something like this.
Arrived Arillas, Fantastic, Wonderful, Superb. Cant wait to go again
Enjoy your holidays, have a wonderful time.
