Title: Something wrong with the Forum
Post by: TerryW on October 24, 2007, 03:25:46 PM
I think there is something wrong with the forum software today (24/10/07). Not sure why but something does not seem right.

What sort of something?

I did say in the post "Not sure why but something does not seem right".

Just instinct that there is no synchronisation between messages being typed and messages being displayed.

Why did you ask?

Do you know if Dimitris has logged in today? I think he should do a system check. The forum was also unavailable at about 12.30pm today

Just thought your message seemed a bit vague. Maybe I don't have the same affinity for all this machinery as you do!

I see Dimitris is offline but the Administrator is online at the moment.

There is a very nasty virus called Storm on the loose at the moment which has MP3 attachments. This is having the effect of slowing networks right down so that could be the reason.

If anybody does get an email from a sender, who they do not recognize, and it has a MP3 attachment, do not open it.

Doesn't the "Book Direct" column usually end just before the orange tab buttons? (Home,Help,Search etc)
Apart from that it's OK here.

Looks like it's sorted now.
