I know it is hard to explain what arillas is like to all forum members, because you all know what a brilliant place it is.This is our fourth visit to kaloudis. we left manchester airport only half hour late.but whenwe boarded i suppose the first class airplane made up for it, eg extra legroom, built in dvd in headrests etc. arrived at kaloudis at 9.45pm,to see the cleaners still working away to get these studios to perfect standard,as always.we were met by roula and christos who are always very pleased to see you and make you extremely welcome.Next morning (saturday) weather looked good but unpredictable,but we went sunbathing by the pool till about 1 ish, this was when we experienced a sudden change. billy and co seemed to panicking, rushing round tying all canopies up sliding bar doors shut etc.then jimmy pointed out the mini tornado to me.unfortunately i only got the last bit of it on my camera,this will teach me to carry my camera at all times.anyway headed to coconut bar in afternoon to watch england match.as i approached the bar i let on to a man qwho looked familiar. when he left i said to sue i'm sure that was eggy.i asked kosta and he comfirmed it was.next day we met eggy and briefly met wendy and what lovely folk they are,very down to earth.eggy then entertained us over afew mythos and ouzo in the horizon.at the night wewent to portofino for the lamb chop meal (eggy's reccomend) lovely.rest of the week was much of the same,nice walks,breakfasts,meals,sunbathing and relaxing. tried to stay away from internet cafe but it was hard not to have a nosey on arillas website.there is a lot i have not wrote but you all know what arillas is like (fantastic). i would also just like to say to any forum member they should meet up with eggy for a chinwag and a drink(cheers eggy) as i did afew times. see you in june....probably more to follow.... riggers....
also whilst in arillas we met up with several old friends from previous visits,particurlarly one couple who we usually meet up with in june. they wasn't there this year due to husband having heart bypass.it was just great they turned up at the same time as us. we also met another couple who was staying at the marinakis, who we also see in june.whilst having a drink in coconut also briefly met sandy...

I reckon you timed it just right and had a pretty damm good week for October. You were leaving just as the rain arrived. It's still here by the way.
Just think, if I had used those hand gestures, as advised by Forum members, to identify other Forum Members we could have met a day earlier.
(Or I would have been thumped if I had got it wrong)
Out late tonight. I expect when you met Wendy you were made aware of her passion for Rugby. Tonight we watched England lose to South Africa at a very packed Coconut
