So...what is happening on Saturday 4 August??? Whatever it is....I shall be there as that is the day I arrive! I am now going to spend a bit more time trying to decipher the words. Could it be the festival I mentioned in a previous post?
I thought it was the 5th you went Sandy, thats what Joyce put in that post when you didnt know what date you was going on??
That's the October visit.......
Oh right, you lucky thing!!
I just looked at the picture, im intrigued to know what it means!!
Me too. Sandy lucky you how many visits this year??
We were there at that time last year and there was a festival on - same place as the wine festival is held so I guess that's what the sign says.
Music, dancing, souvlaki and wine! Lovely!!

I thought that was where the picture was taken.
Shuey - it will be three times this year (my record was 4 in 2005, but one was just a long weekend). I KNOW I'm lucky to get so much leave from work and I KNOW I shouldn't complain....if only I didn't have to work to pay for all these trips I could be in Arillas all the time!
We were there twice in 2005 that was the first year we had been to Arillas, not Corfu though. Im quite lucky to get 30 days per year, how ever many do you get?
I know work is a bit of a chore but as you say it pays for your Arillas fix!!
36 plus Bank Holidays. That's because traditionally we had to work unsocial hours and were not paid overtime. Since the unions got involved, we do now get overtime but thankfully our leave is still secure.
That is a lot. My hours are quite good. Monday to Thursday 8-4.30 and friday 8-2 so i cant complain!
See Dimitris father, Spiros, on picture of the day.
My secret is out. Now you know who taught me all my computer skills !

Bet nobody can beat mine. 13 glorious weeks off as I work in a school! Downside is that they are all expensive times to go!
