My hubby is a keen fisherman but has been told by the locals that there isnt really any worthwhile fishing in resort.  You do always see some on the jetty (seen on the webcam) so Its worth asking them.

We made friends with Mikalis who stays there with his wife during the season, he is over 80 and takes his boat out every day fishing.   He catches lobsters and fish, but I dont know what he uses for bait.  I know he doesnt go too far out as he goes on his own.  Perhaps you could hire a small boat for a days fishing, the sea looks like a mirror most days.

Hiring a boat would probably be the best bet as blondegirl said, you only get the little tiddly fish near the shore, you would need to go out to catch anything bigger or better.
