Friends due to fly shortly were offered by Jet2 a defered holiday until later this year. A voucher valid till Oct 2021 or a cash refund.
If they defered the holiday had to pay any price increase

Jet 2 rang asked if we wanted our money back, had a look and couldn't get one for September so said yes please. It was in our bank account 2 days later. Now that's what I call good service after being told 4 - 5 days.
