Hi eastie, Olga's Travel (on main rd) do a round the island tour. Pete and I are not your excursion type but we both enjoyed that one especially Bella Vista, just remember to take your camera with you or you will regret it. Enjoy Viv

I never do trips eastie....too busy chilling in Arillas....so no idea of prices but the clear message from others is.....book in the village, don't book through the reps as they charge much more for the same excursion.

Hi Eastie

We always do coach trip to corfu town (in the evening) and I think this year is cost us less than 25e.

We have also done Aqualand which is great if you have kids.  Not sure how much this costs now but would recommend it.

Paleakastritsa is a great place to visit.  There is a working monestry there that you can visit and look around.  We did this by boat from Arillas but I don't think they do it now but you can catch a boat from San Stefanos which is the next village to Arillas, about half hour walk.

Finally we did a pony trek trip which is good for the kids.

Hope this helps.

Amanda

Like Sandy, we don't do trips etc, but you can get a bus at a very unearthly early 7am to Corfu Town. Dead cheap. Did it once, but still in my nightclothes.... No comments please, forum.

Olga (Olga's Travels) who you can find at the crossroads near Amourada and Vasillis Supermarket will provide anything you want.

Sandy is right though - don't take the tour operators trips - book in the village.

Phil

We have always gone to Corfu town trip with Arkokal Travel or the Arillas Travel (opposite the Coconut). Last two years it has been 10 euros per head for the trip to town. Ad let me tell you that my Master card has been in action for everything else than the beer :
