Title: Ammos Bar.
Post by: Eileen on March 07, 2010, 10:48:25 AM

Ammos is one of my favourite places to chill out - I think we all agree that Leo has achieved what he set out to do....

"Our goal is to give our guests the most relaxing time."

Eileen, I think you`re right.  We go there for the fabulous crepes( our fav being strawberry and chocolate!). Sea view is pretty good, too.

Look forward to trying Ammos again in September.

Oh, all right it must have been my fault - everything is.....

I have a bit of a hangover too, but it was fun. Thanks to all of you for such stimulating company.

Well, I had a tiny hangover, but we went out for a lovely walk this morning in the - waite for it - sunshine! That soon cleared my head.
Anyway, back to Ammos - superb! We like to call there for a drink early evening and watch the sun setting, then head off for our evening meal - bliss!

Thanks, Sandy! The lady to my left, with the striped shirt, is Joan. Joan and John live in the next village to us and it was they who told us about Arillas years ago (I think they've been visiting about 7 or 8 times)
This is John - wondering why his glass keeps getting so empty! You might have seen them while  you've been there?

BTW, great night last night - thank you!

Ah, sitting in Ammos with a very tall glass, wondering if your Mythos is half full or half empty. Mine is always half full, in the certain knowledge it will be completely full again if I drink up.... Ammos is another shining example of fabulous Arillian hospitality. Have a date in July with JohntheRef and Dot, and Eileen and Keith to share a wee while in there.... Wonder what we'll talk about....

I'm sure you'll find something to talk about Phil!
Or just chillax and say and do nothing...

Paradise awaits us all in the form of Arillas - soon!

Ammos is Arillas Central viv.... gorgeous place to be.

But Jen and me and our Erja often do it in Thalassa as well. Such a great view. But then there's Horizon next door, Marina the other way, Mirage ... How on earth do we ever choose which to be in?

And Rainbow, Captains, Marvel.... That's why two weeks isn't long enough. We know we should have booked three.....

Cheers everyone, yes, it was a good night in the chat room, but I bet my head was worse than anyone's this morning!! (Thanks Phil, Sandy, riggers and Janis!)

We love Ammos too, the chocolate and banana crepes, fresh fruit milkshakes, Baileys frappes, oh and we had a nice pizza there one lunchtime too.....

Viv, I remember that day so well, one of the best we spent in Arillas in spite of the weather!

Can't wait to be at Ammos again, with that gorgeous view....

Baileys frappe sounds good to me Lynn luvver. D'ya reckon it could be had with a huge shot of vodka in it? Will be asking for it on July 13th.... Unlucky for some!

Love being in Ammos, love being in Arillas.
Phil

Incredible that in ten years of visiting Arillas have never visited Ammos ....must rectify that this year!

We used to go there regularly, Gaye, but last year we went in on our first night with two friends (as per photos) had two beers and two wines and the bill was over 16  euros.  Seemed a lot so we didn't go in again but we did so miss it as Barry and I used to go every single night previously - when we were on our own.
Looking forward to going back this time, though, because we really enjoyed it... (and hope it's a little less!)
