Just been on Thomson website and noticed they are now doing their holidays for 2010. So what did i do :) . Now booked for Kaloudis for June 2010. What a relief because i know they get booked up so quickly.

I've just looked at Thomson as well! It's up a bit on last year, but still good value (I hope Billy gets an increase though)
Considering booking last two weeks May. This year we went on 8th May. Just wondering if coming back on bank holiday Monday would be a problem?
Does anyone know?

Hi Riggers and Keith - we've booked for the last two weeks in May - 17th to 31st - can't wait! Getting excited already! As soon as we walk down the driveway from Kaloudis towards the sea my shoulders start to lose all their tension. Paradise!
Know exactly what you mean Janis. When i got back here a couple of weeks ago i was so, i wanna go back. Luckily we have a week in October to look forward to.
riggers...
Aw, riggers, don't! We'd already booked a holiday in northern Spain and southern France for September this year so can't manage to go back to Arillas in 2009...
Will be on the forum tho!
Hi Janis
travelling back on a bank holiday should be fine , I travelled back the May Bank holiday, with very little problems, well there wouldn't have been any if Thomas Cook hadn't overbooked the flight. Apart from that though it's fine.
Take care
Love
Mary

ha ha. I am chuckling for both of you. My god, the shame!!
Yes, that's me - well and truly embarrassed! Sorry...
Yes we were with another couple - Joan and John - and we're back again together next year. I do remember speaking to you, and funnily enough I woke up in the middle of the night last night thinking OMG! The couple from Doncaster told us they were regulars at Kaloudis
As Jo says - the shame!! Ooops
Look forward to seeing you again there x
lol dont worry janis, its normaly me that gets it wrong.we fly from leeds bradford on the 14th may 2010 so will look forward to seeing you all.we had a fantastic time at kaloudis and arillas was just wat we needed, would love to go back this year but havent got any holidays left, never mind it will soon come around again.
Hi Heather - funnily enough we flew from LBA this year but next we're flying from Manchester...
Does this accommodation provide air conditioning. Is it extra or part of the package price with First Choice or Thomsons. Both websites don't mention it at all. If you pay locally, how much was it this year in a 2 bedroomed apartment?
Normally 5 euros per day in a studio
not sure if you get a reduction in a 2 bedroom place, it could be 8 euros? i know the 3 bedroom place is 12 euro's per day. All payable locally. The safe deposit box was 15 euros for the 2 weeks. Hope this helps.
Annie
If you book direct you can negotiate your package, we have and aircon in included for us but thats a two bed in the lower blocks.
otherwise 5 euro per day..
Casper, thanks - do you have an email address for contacting the owners directly.
riggers has. I'm sure he will see these posts and help you. He has shares in the place....... Well, at least a regular sunbed and so many times there they had a name plaque printed!
Kaloudis is a great place to stay, right on the beach, but beware it can be lively in season. Would never bother Jen and me - we'd still be in the Nut at 5.30am! They even serve us breakfast there now....
But this year some have been bothered by it, so worth mentioning. Look up the forum reviews - they are all good but can help. In fact I think you might find exactly the information you need somewhere in there.
