Travel websites can track how many times you have looked at certain pages or flight deals and may bump up the price if you leave the page and return, prompting people to buy if they think the price is going up.
To make sure you are definitely getting the best price, search using a private or ''icognito'' window that clears your search history.
How to do this depends on which web browser you are using. If it is Google Chrome, click on the menu button in the top right hand corner of the web page and select ''new incognito window'' or press Ctrl+Shift+N on your keyboard. For Internet Explorer user press Ctrl +Shift+P
