Launderette

I remember a few years ago someone started a lauderette business near Arillas Bay apartments. Is this still here? We always find it easier to unpack on our return if we've got some of the laundry done already.

No unfortunately not. There is however one in San Steph, they charge 5 euro a bag and collect and deliver back. x

You can get laundry done at Bardis sun studios. Not sure if you have to be staying there. It was 7 Euros a bag last year.  Have never had it done though so not sure how big the bags are.

Think its the size of a regular laundry bag over here. Didn't know you could get it at Bardis studio's. x

I know its early yet, but does anyone know if there will be a laundry service at Bardis Sun Studio this year.  We used one there during our last visit but that was some time ago.

We have always wondered about the factory chimney you can see smoking across the fields on your right as you go down into San Steph from Arillas.
So last year we drove round there and discovered that it is a substantial laundry, and judging by the size of lorries, it probably takes washing from much of the island.

At Bardis Sun studios I am pretty sure t is not sent out to a launderette but rather the cleaner there does it herself.

Is this only open to Bardis residents?   We are spending 3 weeks in Arillas in July and will need to get some laundry done.

If Bardis cannot help, and you want a quick turnaround, try the laundry service in San Stephanos which is next to the Three W's Internet/Bar. Patrick is correct on the other large Laundry. They concentrate on large loads from rental Villas etc.

This smaller service just looks after holidaymakers and locals.

I know I asked a few months ago, but I seemed ot have got very confused by it all.

Am I right in saying that Baris does laundry, or do I need ot get it over to San Steph to get it done?
