which is fine if you have your cash already but for those of us who are saving like mad until the very last minute its a case of fingers crossed!

I don't see us coming out of Europe Jo and I would think if we don't the pound should strengthen after June.
There again what do I know !  :-)

I hope we don't come out of Europe and I think the vote will be close, but I am pinning my hopes that we stay in and the £ will shoot up again against the €.

There are far more important issues than the exchange rate relative to holiday cots, to consider whether you are an ''inner'' or ''outer''.

Forgot to say there are many factors worldwide that reflect in the strength/weakness  of the pound, many of them outside Europe, and nothing to do with our forth coming referendum

There is , agreed , but as this thread was about the exchange rate I was looking at it purely with that in mind.

Most Greeks probably would but they would still have to pay back what they owe ......

We are going to Bruges this weekend so had to buy some Euros for that . Got 190 Euros for  £152 at asda.
