Don't the rich and famous usually expect to get their dinner free gratis just for gracing the establishment with their presence. That's not going to increase the profit of local businesses.

I like to think that "My Kate" would be gracious enough to pay for what would be a very fine dinner AND leave a generous tip for the excellent service.

Jo, my brother and sister-in-law holiday a lot on Skiathos and stay in Skiathos town, when you eat in the harbourside restaurants the waiters always tell you who's yachts are there.
This year after hearing that various celebs were in town night after night and never seeing anyone they sat down in their favourite restaurant, they told their waiter "we don't want to know who's here" and laughing  he just took their order. Ruth (sister-in-law) then had a gaze around...... at the table opposite Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell gave her a little wave and smiled.
